DISCOVERY MEETING

Each project starts with a no-charge initial meeting with the client at the property. During the discovery meeting we learn about the client's personality, their style and their individual lifestyle. We have an opportunity to discuss the project in detail and take the brief. We'd also discuss outline budgets and time scale so that the project can progress smoothly. 

CONCEPT DESIGN 

In response to the client's brief a concept scheme is created for discussion. This will be presented in the form of draft layouts. Concept design inudes:

• measurements
• functional design, preparation of several alternatives
• initial 3d mock up

EXECUTIVE INTERIOR DESIGN

Once all elements in the concept design are agreed with the client, the project moves to executive stage and it's include:

• technical drawings on the basis of the approval of the concept
• preparation of executive design to realization:
  -     technical drawings for all sector engineers which includes:                                   
  - construction changes
                          - approval design
                          - floor layout
                          - ceiling layout
                          - electrical wiring layout,
                          - plumbing schemes layout
                          - views of all the walls
                          - carpentry drawings
                          - bathroom and kitchen tiles views
                          - cost estimates
• selection of materials

CONSTRUCTION SITE INSPECTION

Once the executive design has been agreed and a detailed cost plan is presented and approved we offer monitored progress of the project on site .
